I watch for real signals — a company expanding, launching a new line, switching suppliers — and only reach out once the need is real. When they're interested, I introduce you directly.
Book a CallLet's talk about your pipeline and whether this is a fit.
Process
01
I map every company in your niche, then track industry news and portals for what's actually changing — a new regulation, an expansion, a supplier switch. Every company gets checked against its own website and socials before it makes the list, so the ones I reach out to are prioritized by how real the signal actually is.
02
Not a job title. A Supply Chain Director, Procurement Manager, or the founder themselves for a smaller shop — a real person with the authority to actually make this decision.
03
Only once I've confirmed it's urgent for them right now — not something they'll maybe think about next year. Then you pick it up from there. No middlemen, no scripts, no fake urgency.
Fit
Custom, specialty, or bulk — for the industries that need it right now.
Finding shippers before they call around.
Filling space with the right tenants, not just any tenant.
Same problem, different cargo.
Structure
There's a small amount to start — enough that we're both serious, nothing more. I only take on one or two new clients a month; doing this properly for a new niche takes real, focused time.
That covers a short pilot to find the right signals and approach for your market, with a guaranteed number of real conversations with the right people.
After that, if it's working, we keep going — a modest monthly amount to keep the system running, plus a share of what actually closes. On a deal worth real money, that share is the part I actually care about — I win when you win.
Picture this: I bring you a client worth $100K to you over the life of the deal. My share of that is somewhere around $10–15K. Every niche is different, but that's the shape of the deal I'm actually looking for.
Who's behind this
My focus is logistics — warehousing, packaging, carriers, freight forwarders. I watch these industries for real signals and connect the companies in them with the businesses that need them. Every client works directly with me, no account managers, no junior staff.
Questions
The small upfront amount isn't a retainer — it's what it takes to run a focused search for your specific market and find the right approach. If nothing comes of it, that's where it ends. I only make real money if you actually close a deal.
No. It starts as a short pilot, then we both decide if it makes sense to keep going.
A short call to understand your ideal customer, your typical deal size, and how you currently land new accounts. That's it.
Most agencies send generic messages to a list of job titles and hope something sticks. I only reach out when I've spotted a real signal that a company needs what you do right now, and I go to a real person, not a title.
